- Contact Virgin Media to give notice: chat online, call 150 from a Virgin Media phone, or call 0345 454 1111 from any other phone.
- You can cancel at any time by giving 30 days' notice. If you are still inside your minimum period, an early disconnection fee may apply.
- Inside the first 14 days (the cooling-off period) you can cancel for any reason, with no early disconnection fee.
- After you give notice: pay your closing bill, return the kit (they arrange collection or send a free return pack), and save any emails you need, as Virgin Media email access ends 90 days after disconnection.
