Terms of Service

By creating a SubCrisp account or using the SubCrisp service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use SubCrisp.

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales. Nothing here affects statutory rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by agreement.

SubCrisp is a tool for tracking subscriptions that you enter manually. It helps you see your recurring spending, upcoming renewals, and trends. SubCrisp does not connect to your bank, does not process payments on your behalf, and is not financial advice. All figures are based on the information you provide.

You are responsible for keeping access to your email (and Google account, if used) secure, since these are how you sign in. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for the data you enter. You must be at least the age of digital consent in your country to use SubCrisp.

SubCrisp offers an optional paid plan, SubCrisp Pro, billed monthly or annually. How it is billed depends on where you subscribed:

• On the web — through Stripe. You authorise us, via Stripe, to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Cancel at any time from Settings.
• In the Android app — through Google Play. Google is the merchant of record and bills you under your Google account. Cancel at any time in Google Play → Subscriptions; we cannot cancel a Play subscription on your behalf.

Either way, your Pro features remain active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Prices are shown in GBP; Google may present a converted local price.

We do not offer discretionary refunds, but your statutory rights apply in full:

• Web (Stripe) purchases — if you are a UK or EU consumer you have a 14-day right to cancel a new subscription. Because SubCrisp Pro unlocks immediately, you consent to the service starting straight away and acknowledge that this right is lost once the period has run. Email [email protected], or write to us at the postal address above, to exercise it.
• Google Play purchases — refunds are handled by Google under the Google Play refund policy, not by us. Request one through Google Play.

To exercise the 14-day right you may use the wording below, but you do not have to — any clear statement of your decision to cancel will do. Send it to [email protected] or to Dablity at the postal address above.

"To Dablity, 3rd Floor, Old Stock Exchange, St Nicholas Street, Bristol, BS1 1TG, United Kingdom ([email protected]): I hereby give notice that I cancel my contract for the supply of SubCrisp Pro. Ordered on: [date]. Name: [your name]. Address: [your address]. Date: [today's date]."

You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to disrupt it, access it by unauthorised means, or use it to break the law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. This cancels an active Pro subscription billed through Stripe and permanently erases your app data, as described in our Privacy Policy.

If you subscribed through Google Play, cancel there as well. Google does not permit us to cancel a Play subscription for you, so deleting your account will not on its own stop Google billing you.

SubCrisp is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The figures it shows depend on the data you enter and are for your own reference only. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SubCrisp is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
