Billing questions
Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes. The free plan has no time limit, no ads and no cap on how many subscriptions you track, and you never need to enter a card to use it.
How much is SubCrisp Pro?
£0.99 a month or £9.99 a year. Prices are shown in GBP; if you subscribe through Google Play, Google may show a converted local price.
Is it cheaper to pay yearly?
£9.99 a year works out at about 83p a month, 16% less than paying monthly.
Can I cancel Pro at any time?
Yes. On the web, cancel from Settings. In the Android app, cancel in Google Play under Subscriptions: Google bills Play subscriptions, so we cannot cancel them for you. Either way, Pro stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. We even publish a step-by-step guide to cancelling SubCrisp, just like the ones for every other service we cover.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer discretionary refunds, but your statutory rights apply in full. Google Play purchases are refunded by Google under its own refund policy, and UK and EU consumers who subscribe on the web have a 14-day right to cancel a new subscription, as our Terms of Service explain.
