How to cancel Uber One
Free step-by-step cancellation guide
- Open the Uber app and go to "Account".
- Tap "Uber One".
- Scroll down and tap "Manage Membership".
- Select "End Membership" and follow the prompt.
- Cancel at least 48 hours before your billing day to avoid being charged for the next month. If you are inside that window, use the contact option on the same page.
- On a free trial, or as a paused member, benefits end when you cancel. Otherwise they run until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
- If you bought Uber One through an app store rather than Uber, cancel it in the store instead, or it keeps renewing.
