How to cancel Deliveroo Plus
Free step-by-step cancellation guide
- Open the Deliveroo app or website and go to "Account".
- Select "Deliveroo Plus".
- Cancel the subscription there. You can also do it by contacting Deliveroo Customer Care at deliveroo.co.uk/contact.
- Cancel before the end of the current billing cycle to avoid another payment. Your billing date is under "My Account", then "Deliveroo Plus", then "My Subscription".
- If you bought Plus through an app store rather than Deliveroo, cancel it in the store instead, or it keeps renewing.
