How to cancel Surfshark

- Log in to the Surfshark account page (my.surfshark.com/account/subscription/payments).
- Click your email address in the top-right corner and select "Subscription".
- Open the "Payments" section.
- Click "Cancel auto-renewal", then confirm.
- Automatic payments stop; the subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- If the cancel option is not visible, the subscription was bought through an app store (Google Play, Apple App Store, or Amazon) — cancel auto-renewal directly in that store's subscription settings. Alternatively contact support via live chat.
