- Sign in to Notion on desktop or web and open your workspace.
- In your sidebar, click Settings → Billing → Change plan.
- Select the plan you want to change to (e.g., the Free Plan), then click Continue.
- Provide feedback if asked, then click Downgrade.
- You'll receive confirmation of your downgrade; access continues until the end of your current billing period.
- If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, cancel through that store's subscription settings instead.
