How to cancel CyberGhost VPN
Free step-by-step cancellation guide
- Go to your CyberGhost account page (my.cyberghostvpn.com) and select the profile logo in the top-right corner.
- Select "Subscriptions".
- Select "Cancel Subscription".
- Select "Continue To Cancel".
- You'll see "The automatic billing for your CyberGhost VPN subscription has been turned OFF" — you can keep using the service until the end of your paid subscription period.
- If bought via Apple App Store or Google Play, cancel through that store's subscription settings (iOS: Settings > your name > Subscriptions; Android: Google Play > profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions). Note: canceling does not automatically refund; refund eligibility is per the CyberGhost refund policy (45-day money-back guarantee on qualifying plans — see Refund Policy article).
