How to cancel ExpressVPN
Free step-by-step cancellation guide
- Go to https://www.expressvpn.com/subscriptions (My subscription page) — open any browser; you cannot cancel inside the app.
- If prompted, enter your email address and select "Send Code".
- Enter the verification code emailed to you, then select "Continue".
- Click "Cancel subscription" below "Automatic renewal" and follow the prompts.
- Note: subscriptions bought via the Apple App Store or Google Play must be canceled in that store's subscription settings (App Store > profile > Subscriptions; Google Play > profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions).
- After canceling, you can still use ExpressVPN until the last day of your current subscription cycle. (Bitcoin/Paymentwall subscriptions do not auto-renew and need no cancellation.)
