How to cancel Adobe Creative Cloud
Free step-by-step cancellation guide
- Sign in to your Adobe account at account.adobe.com.
- In "Plans and payment", find your Creative Cloud plan and click "Manage plan".
- Click "Cancel your plan".
- Check your plan details, then click "Continue to cancel". If payment is still processing, wait 24 hours and retry.
- Select a reason, click "Continue", review the details, then click "Confirm cancellation".
- Note: cancelling mid-year may incur an early termination fee of 50% of the remaining months.
