How to cancel pCloud

Free step-by-step cancellation guide

1. Sign in to https://my.pcloud.com (or go directly to https://www.pcloud.com/manage-subscriptions.html).
2. Click your Account avatar in the top-right corner.
3. Select Manage Subscription.
4. Click Cancel.
5. Confirm the cancellation.
6. Cancellation applies from your next billing period — you keep access until the end of the current paid period, then the account reverts to the free Basic plan.
