How to cancel pCloud
Free step-by-step cancellation guide
- Sign in to https://my.pcloud.com (or go directly to https://www.pcloud.com/manage-subscriptions.html).
- Click your Account avatar in the top-right corner.
- Select Manage Subscription.
- Click Cancel.
- Confirm the cancellation.
- If your bank statement shows Apple or Google rather than pCloud, the subscription was bought in an app store, and cancelling on the pCloud website will not stop it.
- Cancel it in the store instead. On an iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, tap the subscription, then Cancel Subscription. On Android, open the Play Store, go to Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions, select the subscription and tap Cancel subscription.
- Deleting the app does not cancel a store-billed subscription.
- Cancellation applies from your next billing period: you keep access until the end of the current paid period, then the account reverts to the free Basic plan.
