How to cancel Google One
Free step-by-step cancellation guide
- Go to one.google.com and sign in with your Google Account.
- Click Settings.
- Click Cancel membership.
- To confirm, click Cancel membership again.
- If your bank statement shows Apple or Google rather than Google One, the subscription was bought in an app store, and cancelling on the Google One website will not stop it.
- Cancel it in the store instead. On an iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, tap the subscription, then Cancel Subscription. On Android, open the Play Store, go to Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions, select the subscription and tap Cancel subscription.
- Deleting the app does not cancel a store-billed subscription.
- Your storage plan stays active until the end of your current billing period.
