How to cancel Backblaze
Free step-by-step cancellation guide
- Visit https://secure.backblaze.com/user_signin.htm and sign in with the registered email address and password.
- Select the "Preferences" link on the left side of the page.
- Locate the backup to be deleted and select "Delete Backup" next to the backup name.
- Enter the confirmation code emailed to the account address, then click "Continue" — this immediately and irreversibly deletes the backup data.
- Select the "Overview" link from the left side of the page.
- In the "Unused License" area at the bottom, select "Delete" and proceed with the deletion — removing all backups and licenses cancels the subscription.
