How to cancel OneDrive
Free step-by-step cancellation guide
- Go to https://account.microsoft.com/services and sign in with the Microsoft account used to purchase the subscription.
- Find your OneDrive subscription and select Manage.
- On the next page, select Cancel (the button may read "Upgrade or Cancel" depending on subscription type).
- Follow the instructions on the page to proceed with cancellation.
- If you purchased the subscription from Google Play or the Apple App Store, contact their customer support instead (OneDrive cannot be cancelled through Microsoft for store-billed purchases).
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period; in select countries (e.g. Canada, Israel, Korea, Turkey) a prorated refund may apply.
