How to cancel LastPass
Free step-by-step cancellation guide
- Log in to lastpass.com and open your vault (web or browser extension).
- Open "Account Settings" (left navigation) and go to the "My Account" section.
- In the subscription area, choose "Cancel" (cancel auto-renewal) and confirm — official LastPass guidance: cancel your upcoming renewal from Account settings > My Account.
- You keep LastPass Premium features until your subscription expires; after expiry your account is downgraded to LastPass Free (no further charges).
- If you subscribed through the LastPass mobile app or Google Play: open Settings > Account > Manage subscription in the LastPass Password Manager app, or cancel directly in Google Play.
- Subscriptions billed through an app store must be canceled via that store's subscription settings; alternatively contact LastPass support (support.lastpass.com).
