How to cancel Dashlane
Free step-by-step cancellation guide
- Sign in to Dashlane on a computer browser (dashlane.com web app). Note: canceling in-app is only available if you paid by credit card on the Dashlane website.
- Open the "Vault" menu in the top-left and select "Subscription".
- On the Subscription page, select "Cancel your subscription" in the right panel.
- On the next page, select "Continue cancellation".
- You keep your plan until the end of your current billing period and auto-renewal is turned off; your saved data stays accessible (passwords become export-only after the plan ends).
- If you paid through Google Play, the Apple App Store, or PayPal, cancel directly with that payment provider (Google Play subscriptions, Apple subscriptions, or PayPal automatic payments).
