How to cancel PureGym
Free step-by-step cancellation guide
- Sign in to the Members' Area on the PureGym website or in the PureGym app.
- Open the Online Cancellations service and follow the prompts to end a monthly membership.
- Do this at least 4 working days before your payment date, or the next payment is still taken.
- Cancelling the direct debit with your bank also works and also takes up to 4 working days. Either way the membership ends the day before your next payment was due.
- Fixed-term memberships cancel under their own terms, set out in the agreement you signed.
