How to cancel Calm
Free step-by-step cancellation guide
- Check how you subscribed first — Calm website, Apple App Store, or Google Play each have their own flow.
- Subscribed via calm.com: log in from a web browser, click your profile icon (top right), go to Settings > Manage Subscription, and click "Cancel subscription".
- Subscribed via Apple: open Settings > your name > Subscriptions > Calm, then tap "Cancel Subscription" — Calm cannot cancel Apple-billed subscriptions for you.
- Subscribed via Google Play: open the Play Store > profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > Calm, then cancel.
- Premium content remains until the end of the billing period.
