How to cancel Headspace
Free step-by-step cancellation guide
- Check how you subscribed first — Headspace website, Apple App Store, or Google Play each have their own flow.
- Subscribed via headspace.com: log in from a desktop or mobile browser (not the app) and go to headspace.com/subscription/manage.
- Click or tap "Cancel membership" there.
- Subscribed via Apple: open Settings > your name > Subscriptions > Headspace > "Cancel Subscription".
- Subscribed via Google Play: Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions > the subscription > "Cancel subscription".
- Access continues until the end of your paid period.
