How to cancel Whoop
Free step-by-step cancellation guide
- Visit the Membership section at app.whoop.com.
- Click "Cancel Your Membership" at the bottom of the page.
- Select the applicable option based on your membership type and status.
- Confirm the cancellation. You do not need to contact support.
- If your bank statement shows Apple or Google rather than Whoop, the subscription was bought in an app store, and cancelling on the Whoop website will not stop it.
- Cancel it in the store instead. On an iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, tap the subscription, then Cancel Subscription. On Android, open the Play Store, go to Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions, select the subscription and tap Cancel subscription.
- Deleting the app does not cancel a store-billed subscription.
- Your membership remains active until the end of your current billing period.
