How to cancel Zoom

Free step-by-step cancellation guide

1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal (https://zoom.us/signin) as the account owner, admin, or a custom role with billing privileges.
2. In the navigation menu, click Plans and Billing, then Plan Management (older layouts: Account Management, then Billing).
3. To the right of the plan you want to cancel, click Manage.
4. In the Manage Plan window, click Cancel Plan.
5. Review the cancellation terms in the confirmation window (including when the cancellation takes effect), then click Confirm Your Cancellation.
6. Cancellation becomes effective at your next renewal date — your services continue until the end of the current subscription term.
