How to cancel Zoom
Free step-by-step cancellation guide
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal (https://zoom.us/signin) as the account owner, admin, or a custom role with billing privileges.
- In the top-right corner, click your profile picture or initials, then click "Plans and billing".
- Your plans are listed under the Current Plans or Plan Management tab; find the one you want to cancel and click "Cancel Plan".
- If you do not see "Cancel Plan", the subscription is not eligible for self-service cancellation; contact Zoom Support or your account executive.
- Review the cancellation terms in the confirmation window (including when the cancellation takes effect), then confirm. If you subscribed through Google Play or the Apple App Store, cancel in the store instead.
- Cancellation becomes effective at your next renewal date; your services continue until the end of the current subscription term.
- Cloud recordings remain available for 30 days after cancellation, then are permanently deleted.
