How to cancel Ubisoft+
Free step-by-step cancellation guide
- Sign in at the Ubisoft Store (store.ubisoft.com) with your Ubisoft account.
- Select the avatar icon at the top right of the store, then select "My Subscription".
- Select "Cancel Membership".
- Choose "Yes" to confirm the cancellation.
- The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- If you purchased Ubisoft+ on another platform (e.g. Xbox), cancel it there.
