How to cancel PlayStation Plus
Free step-by-step cancellation guide
- Sign in to your account at account.playstation.com in a web browser.
- Select "Subscription" from the menu on the left of the screen.
- Select "Cancel Subscription" next to PlayStation Plus.
- On PS5: Settings > Users and Accounts > Account > Payment and Subscriptions > Subscriptions, then "Cancel Subscription". On PS4: PlayStation Plus > Manage Membership > Subscription.
- Cancelling stops future billing, but you keep PlayStation Plus benefits until your membership expires.
