- Visit account.nvidia.com and sign in (or open the GeForce NOW app).
- Go to the GeForce NOW Membership section of your account.
- Select the option to change your paid membership to a free membership (i.e. cancel).
- Confirm the change.
- Your membership stays active until the end of your current paid period, then reverts to free.
