How to cancel SubCrisp Pro
Free step-by-step cancellation guide
- Open SubCrisp and go to Settings.
- Under Billing, click "Manage billing": this opens your secure Stripe portal.
- Choose "Cancel plan" and confirm.
- That's it. No retention offers, no phone calls, no chat queues.
- If your bank statement shows Apple or Google rather than SubCrisp Pro, the subscription was bought in an app store, and cancelling on the SubCrisp Pro website will not stop it.
- Cancel it in the store instead. On an iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, tap the subscription, then Cancel Subscription. On Android, open the Play Store, go to Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions, select the subscription and tap Cancel subscription.
- Deleting the app does not cancel a store-billed subscription.
- Pro features stay active until the end of your current billing period, and your data stays yours either way.
