How to cancel Perplexity
Free step-by-step cancellation guide
- Log in to perplexity.ai and open Settings.
- Scroll down to the Subscription section under Perplexity Pro.
- Click Manage Subscription (you are redirected to the current plan page).
- Choose Cancel subscription.
- Confirm the cancellation.
- If your bank statement shows Apple or Google rather than Perplexity, the subscription was bought in an app store, and cancelling on the Perplexity website will not stop it.
- Cancel it in the store instead. On an iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, tap the subscription, then Cancel Subscription. On Android, open the Play Store, go to Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions, select the subscription and tap Cancel subscription.
- Deleting the app does not cancel a store-billed subscription.
