How to cancel OVHcloud
Free step-by-step cancellation guide
- Sign in to the OVHcloud Control Panel and open "My offers and services" (click your name in the top right > My offers and services).
- Click the "..." button to the right of the service you want to cancel.
- Click "Cancel my subscription".
- Specify the reasons for your termination request, then click "Confirm".
- The service is cancelled on the end date of the current subscription (permanently discontinued at the end of the current subscription, except domain names); you can stop the cancellation up to 24 hours before the subscription end date.
- Access and data: service stays active until the end of the current subscription period, then is permanently deleted (back up data first).
