How to cancel NOW
Free step-by-step cancellation guide
- Sign in to NOW and go to Membership & Payment.
- Select the membership, Boost or Ultra Boost you no longer want, then click "Cancel membership" (or "Cancel viewing experience") and follow the onscreen steps. A desktop, laptop or tablet works better than a mobile for this.
- If you have more than one TV membership, cancel each one individually.
- You will see a confirmation message and get a confirmation email within 3 hours. You keep watching until the date your next payment was due, unless you are on a minimum-term plan.
- If you pay for NOW through EE TV, you also need to cancel with EE.
