How to cancel Disney+
Free step-by-step cancellation guide
- Log in to Disney+ in a web browser.
- Click your profile icon and choose "Account".
- In the "Subscription" section of your Account page, select "Cancel Subscription".
- Confirm the cancellation.
- If your bank statement shows Apple or Google rather than Disney+, the subscription was bought in an app store, and cancelling on the Disney+ website will not stop it.
- Cancel it in the store instead. On an iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, tap the subscription, then Cancel Subscription. On Android, open the Play Store, go to Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions, select the subscription and tap Cancel subscription.
- Deleting the app does not cancel a store-billed subscription.
- You can keep streaming until the end of your current billing period.
