- Go to the "Manage your membership" page — netflix.com/cancelplan takes you there when signed in.
- Click or tap "Cancel".
- Under Cancel, click or tap "Finish Cancellation".
- A confirmation email is sent; access continues until the account closes at the end of your billing period.
