How to cancel Norton
Free step-by-step cancellation guide
- Sign in to your Norton account (my.norton.com).
- On the My Account page, select the "My Subscriptions" tab.
- Find the subscription you want to manage and click "Cancel Subscription Renewal" or "Manage Renewal" next to it.
- Next to "Plan Renewal", click "Unsubscribe".
- Select a reason and click "Next". If Norton shows offers to keep you, click "No thanks, cancel my subscription", then "Next".
- A confirmation message appears (allow up to 24 hours for the change to show). Your subscription continues through the end of your already paid term, then stops.
