How to cancel Monday.com
Free step-by-step cancellation guide
- Click your profile picture and choose "Administration" from the menu (you must be an admin).
- Select "Billing" in the left-hand menu.
- In the Overview section, find your product, click the three-dot menu next to it and choose "Cancel product".
- Select a reason for cancelling, then click "Cancel product plan".
- On the next screen, click "Cancel plan renewal" to confirm.
- Your plan stays active until the plan end date shown (submit cancellation at least 30 days before renewal so the plan does not auto-renew); you can keep using the account until then or close it immediately.
