How to cancel Microsoft Copilot
Free step-by-step cancellation guide
- Go to the Services & subscriptions page (account.microsoft.com/services) of the Microsoft account used to purchase the subscription.
- Sign in with that account.
- Find your Copilot Pro subscription and select "Manage".
- On the next page, select "Cancel".
- Follow the on-screen instructions to proceed with the cancellation.
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period; if you cancel after the refund window you may need to turn off recurring billing instead. (If purchased through Google Play or the Apple App Store, contact those stores for cancellation or refund.)
