How to cancel Linode

Free step-by-step cancellation guide

1. Log in to Cloud Manager at cloud.linode.com (also accessible as the Akamai Cloud Manager).
2. In the sidebar menu, navigate to Account Settings (under Administration).
3. Under the "Close Account" panel, click the "Close Account" button.
4. In the confirmation form, check both boxes to confirm, enter your email address (and optionally comments or a refund request).
5. Click the "Close Account" button to complete the cancellation — remaining balances are charged immediately, and no further charges follow.
