How to cancel ITVX
Free step-by-step cancellation guide
- Subscribed on the ITVX website? Sign in at itv.com, open the profile icon, then Manage Account (it asks you to confirm your email and password). Under Your plan, click Cancel subscription, then follow the prompts to confirm.
- Subscribed in an app store? Cancel where you pay: Apple for iPhone and iPad, Google Play, Amazon for Fire devices and the Prime Video channel, or Roku. Those are billed by the store, so ITV cannot stop them for you.
- On Google Play: open play.google.com, click My subscriptions on the left, select ITVX Premium, then Manage and Cancel subscription, and confirm.
- You keep the benefits until the end of the period you have paid for: cancelling stops the next payment, not your current access, and there is no refund for the period already running.
- On a free trial you can cancel any time before it ends and pay nothing. ITVX does not send a reminder that the trial is about to end, so put a date in your calendar the day you start.
- If ITVX raises the price you get at least 30 days notice by email and can cancel before the new period starts. Support, if you need it: chat from the help site, or call 0207 365 6045, 9am to 10pm, 7 days a week.
