How to cancel Grok
Free step-by-step cancellation guide
- Log in to grok.com.
- Open Settings and select Billing (or go directly to grok.com/?_s=billing).
- Use the Manage Subscription button to change the plan, update payment, or cancel.
- If you subscribed through X Premium instead, manage the subscription on X (x.com > Premium > manage subscription, per the X Help Center).
- If you subscribed on iOS or Android, cancel via the App Store or Google Play (Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions / Play Store > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions).
