How to cancel GoDaddy
Free step-by-step cancellation guide
- Sign in to your GoDaddy account.
- Go to your Renewals and Billing page (account.godaddy.com/myrenewals) and select "Manage Subscriptions".
- Select the product, then select "Cancel Plan".
- Select a reason for cancelling the auto-renewal, then select "Continue to Cancel".
- Review the cancellation date shown; you can keep using the product until that date, then the product and its data are deleted.
- Select "Confirm Cancel" to turn off auto-renew for that subscription.
- If you purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play, cancel through that store instead.
