How to cancel Figma

Free step-by-step cancellation guide

1. In the browser or Figma desktop app, locate the Professional team in the file browser sidebar.
2. Click Admin.
3. Select the Settings tab.
4. In the Plan section, click Cancel plan.
5. Select the most appropriate cancellation reason and click Cancel plan again.
6. At the end of your billing period, Figma downgrades your team to the free Starter team — you keep all Professional plan features until the end of the current billing period.
