How to cancel DigitalOcean

- Log in to the DigitalOcean Control Panel at cloud.digitalocean.com.
- In the top right corner, click the profile icon, then click "My Account".
- Scroll to the "Deactivate account" section on the right and click "Deactivate", then click "Deactivate Account".
- If you are the sole owner of teams with additional members, resolve the listed steps first (delete team resources or transfer ownership) — click "Refresh" to check progress.
- Choose whether to check "Purge all of my account data" (permanent deletion, cannot reactivate) or leave it unchecked (account can be reactivated later), then click "Deactivate Account" to confirm.
