How to cancel ChatGPT

- Log in to ChatGPT at chatgpt.com.
- Select your profile icon, then select Settings.
- Select Billing.
- Under Cancel plan, select Cancel.
- Confirm the cancellation on the following screen.
- If your bank statement shows Apple or Google rather than ChatGPT, the subscription was bought in an app store, and cancelling on the ChatGPT website will not stop it.
- Cancel it in the store instead. On an iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, tap the subscription, then Cancel Subscription. On Android, open the Play Store, go to Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions, select the subscription and tap Cancel subscription.
- Deleting the app does not cancel a store-billed subscription.
