Three destinations cover every Tinder subscription. The order number in your receipt says which one is yours.

- Open Settings.
- Tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Find and select Tinder.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.

- Open the Google Play app.
- Tap your profile icon in the top right.
- Go to Payments & Subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
- Select Tinder.
- Tap Cancel subscription.

- Open the Tinder app.
- Tap your profile icon.
- Choose Manage Payment Account.
- Find the subscription you want to cancel.

Not Tinder, and not a store
- Follow the matching route above to stop the renewal.
- Ask the seller about a refund: Tinder cannot refund a purchase it never processed.
After you cancel
Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and the charges stop from the next renewal date.
Two things about paid features. A Gold or Platinum plan of one month or longer includes one Boost a month, and a weekly plan does not. Tinder also notes that some subscribers on longer plans may not see the monthly Boost while it tests changes, so check the subscription details in the app if the Boost matters to you.
To confirm it worked: in Apple or Google settings the subscription shows an expiry date and no Cancel button, and in Tinder's Manage Payment Account it no longer appears.
Refunds
- TNDR or COSU, meaning a card, PayPal or Google CC purchase: Tinder handles the request. Write from the email you bought with, and include the order number.
- Apple: Apple handles refunds for everything it billed, subscriptions and consumables such as Boosts and Super Likes alike. Requests go through reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Google Play: the same, under Google Play's refund policy, with country-specific steps.
- A third party: ask the merchant, because Tinder did not process it.

Which route do I cancel on?
The order number in your receipt decides: MK is Apple, GPA is Google Play, TNDR is Tinder direct, and COSU is a card purchase Tinder processed. If your statement names Apple or Google, use theirs.
Can I get a refund from Tinder?
Most in-app purchases are non-refundable, but Tinder will look at a request for a purchase made in the last 14 days. TNDR and COSU orders are handled by Tinder if you write from the purchase email with the order number. Apple and Google orders are handled only by them.
What happens to my Gold or Platinum features?
They stay until the end of the period you have already paid for. A plan of a month or longer includes one Boost a month, and a weekly plan does not.
Does deleting the app cancel my subscription?
No. Uninstalling or deleting the app leaves the subscription running, and it renews automatically. Cancelling means using the route that billed you.
Does deleting my Tinder account cancel it?
If Apple or Google bills you, no. The store charges you independently of whether your Tinder account exists, so cancel with the store first and deal with the account after.
I cancelled and was still charged. What now?
Dispute it with whoever billed you, keeping the cancellation confirmation, because that is the thing the decision turns on.
Can I cancel a weekly Tinder subscription?
Yes, the routes are the same. A weekly plan simply does not include the monthly Boost that monthly and longer plans do.
