How to cancel Sympatia
Free step-by-step cancellation guide
- Cancel before the end of your billing period: the Premium contract runs until terminated (per the official Regulamin).
- In-account: sign in at sympatia.pl, open the "Moje prawa" (My rights) tab and click "Odstąp od umowy" (Withdraw from the contract).
- Alternatively, send your termination (wypowiedzenie) by email to [email protected] — consumers may claim a refund of the unused portion of the fee.
- If you subscribed through the Sympatia mobile app (Google Play or App Store), cancel in the store instead (Google Play → Subscriptions, or App Store → Apple ID → Subscriptions).
- After the Premium package ends, your account automatically converts back to the free package — no further charges; access continues until the end of the paid period.
