How to cancel MasterClass
Free step-by-step cancellation guide
- Log in at masterclass.com using a web browser — cancellations cannot be made through the MasterClass app.
- Click your account menu in the top right, then select Settings.
- In Account Settings, find the Membership section and click "Cancel Membership".
- On the next screen, select "Cancel Now" to confirm.
- Your subscription stays active until the renewal date; you can reactivate auto-renewal anytime.
- If you purchased through the iOS App Store or Google Play, cancel through that app store instead.
